Step 1-Attend a Free Introductory Class
The only way to explain Crossfit is to experience it! Try CrossFit at no charge. This class would be held on Saturdays at 8:00a.m by appointment. Please fill out the form below letting us know you plan on stopping by. You will be asked to sign a waiver prior to class. Don’t forget to bring a friend!
Step 2-Learn the Fundamentals of CrossFit
Enroll in our Fundamentals Course. This series of classes are designed with you in mind. At the completion, we just know that you’ll want to become our newest member!
Once you have completed the Fundamentals Course, choose a pricing plan that's right for you. Then join the regularly scheduled group classes and begin your CrossFit lifestyle! 3, 2, 1, Go!
